What are your perfumes made from?
Our perfumes are lovingly handcrafted in Australia using premium fragrance oils, quality aromas & absolutes that are blended with nourishing jojoba oil. Every bottle is carefully mixed and poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Are your perfumes alcohol-free?
Yes. Our perfume oils are completely alcohol-free, making them a gentle alternative to traditional spray perfumes.
How long do perfume oils last?
Perfume oils are designed to wear close to the skin and can typically last between 6–10 hours, depending on your skin chemistry, application, and the fragrance itself. For the best performance, apply to your pulse points such as your wrists, neck, behind your ears, and inside your elbows. Avoid rubbing your wrists together after application, as this can affect how the fragrance develop.
Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
Our perfumes are blended with skin-friendly jojoba oil, however everyone’s skin is different. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We do not test our products on animals. All of our fragrance oils are vegan-friendly, including Base Note (our Perfume Primer). If you have any questions about a specific fragrance, please contact us before purchasing.
Do you use natural ingredients?
Our perfumes contain a blend of premium fragrance materials and, where appropriate, natural ingredients such as absolutes. This allows us to create long-lasting, delicious scents while maintaining consistency and quality.
Why does my perfume smell different on me than someone else?
Your skin chemistry, body temperature, and even the weather can influence how a fragrance develops. That’s part of the magic of perfume—each scent becomes uniquely yours.
How should I store my perfume?
Store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Proper storage helps preserve the fragrance and extend its lifespan. When stored correctly, our perfume oils typically remain at their best for 18–24 months after opening.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of fragrance and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for more information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally packed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the postal service selected at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we primarily ship within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll announce it on our website and social media.
Will my perfume look exactly like the photos?
Because each perfume is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in colour may occur. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of your fragrance.
